What is creative flow?

Creative Flow is a practice designed to help you reconnect with your body and the creative energy within, while honoring the mind.
From a place of full honesty with how we are in the moment, we use breath, movement, and presence to transform what’s holding us back — from trusting ourselves to taking the next step toward creating what we’re devoted to.

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine, Qi Gong, and pranayama techniques, and developed by my teacher Juan Pablo Barahona, this practice awakens clarity, balance, and inspiration.

It’s not about performance — it’s about presence. A return to your natural state of creativity, freedom, and flow.

How did the practice change my life?

Hi, I’m Vanessa — a creative coach and certified Quantum Flow facilitator, passionate about helping people reconnect to their body’s wisdom and creative essence.

For the past 18 months, I’ve been diving deep into this work — learning, practicing, and evolving through what I now call Creative Flow. Like life itself, it’s a never-ending journey of discovery and transformation, and it keeps surprising me in the most beautiful ways.

It has helped me complete my books even when I didn’t feel like it.

It helped me move out of the country I’d lived in for 15 years.

It helped me feel more confident expressing myself in conversations and on social media.

And it helped me overcome stuckness when working on a design project where I couldn’t find the right answer.

Do I always do it? Holy no. I still catch myself in the wanting rather than allowing — but I catch myself sooner now, and I transform it quicker.

Part of this journey has become a calling — to help others step fully into their creative power, trust their intuition, and take aligned action with clarity and confidence.

To create what brings them alive, grounded in their body, connected to their purpose, and fully present in their own life.
