We often think creativity starts in the mind.

But actually. It begins in the body.

If you've been feeling blocked, procrastinating, or stuck in that old “who am I to do this?” loop... this one's for you.

In this free masterclass, you'll learn how food—and the way you eat—can either fuel your creative spark or fog it up completely.

We’ll explore:

✨ Why creativity flows better when your body is part of the process

✨ How to recognise foods that support your natural creative rhythm

✨ The surprising energetic connection between what you eat and how you express yourself

Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and backed by modern insights from quantum biology and nutritional neuroscience, this isn’t about strict diets or meal plans.

It’s about tuning into your own frequency—because every food carries its own energy, and what you eat can shift how you feel, think, and create.

Want to feel calm and open? Fiery and focused? It starts on your plate—and in your body.

What You’ll Get:

✔️ A 1-hour live session packed with practical steps to support your creative flow
✔️ A deeper understanding of how food influences your mood, energy, and creative expression
✔️ A couple of my go-to recipes to get you started—simple, nourishing, and creativity-friendly

I’m a certified Health Coach with over three years of training in Traditional Chinese Medicine—and a deep love for weaving these practices into everyday life in a way that feels simple, nourishing, and real.

Back when I was working in creative agencies, my energy was constantly drained. I pushed through deadlines and pressure until my body shut down completely—I lost my moon cycle and felt disconnected from myself. That was my wake-up call.

What followed wasn’t a career shift—it was a return to myself. I followed my curiosity and began studying TCM—not for a certificate, but for healing. That journey taught me how to listen to my body, nourish myself from the inside out, and support my creative and feminine flow with food and rhythm, not restriction.

Now, these are the tools I live by—and share with others. I support creatives in finding their flow again, not by thinking their way there, but by reconnecting with the body, the senses, and the deeper wisdom that lives beyond the mind.
